Lean In Seattle , Years Committed: 4  Lean In is a global organization that is focused on promoting gender equality and empowering women. This organization is aligned with UN SDGs 5, 8, 10, 16 and 17.  Co-Lead the largest and most strategically diverse and inclusive Lean In Chapter in the world. Manage day-to-day operations for organization's 6,000+ members and 30+ person leadership team. Designed the Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging (DIBs) strategy that is used across the organization. Deliver trainings and social goods that are used by Lean In chapters in Seattle and globally.

Peace Is Possible , Years Committed: 2  Peace Is Possible is an initiative to empower young leaders to create sustainable solutions to reduce inequalities and promote peace and justice. This program is aligned with UN SDGs 10, 16, and 17.  Serve as the Representative of the United States International Peace Summits and at events in the United Nations. Manage a 140 country program to promote positive peace, and the acceptance of the rights of others. Train leaders at the local, state, national, and international levels on social justice, human rights, United Nations SDGs, Diplomacy, and Dialogue. Managed online community training thousands of leaders and preparing them for a single day of action on Peace Day.

Delivered training to groups at local, state, national and international events. Nothing But Nets  , United Nations Foundation, Years Committed: 7   Nothing But Nets  is a United Nations Foundation campaign to save lives by providing bed nets that prevent the transmission of Malaria, a leading killer of infants, children, and pregnant women. This campaign is aligned with multiple UN SDGs.  The Champions Leadership Council is a select group of Nothing But Nets advocates who complete specialized training in global health, urgent refugee health concerns, and bipartisan communication. Speak with elected officials in Congress and advocate on behalf of the President’s Malaria Initiative, the Global Fund, and other partners focused on eliminating Malaria.
