STRATEGIC DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION CONSULTING

Once you notice the exclusions impacting talent from diverse backgrounds, you can remove them. You can notice exclusions and design an inclusion strategy, I will help you get there.

  • Partner with founders, stakeholders, hiring managers, human resources departments, and employee resource groups (ERG) to understand their team dynamics and their goals. 

  • Build stakeholder capacity on the business value of diversity, the necessity of inclusion first approach, best practices to integrate inclusion into existing teams, and the importance of inclusion in the identification, attraction, promotion, and retention of diverse talent. 

  • Develop strategic inclusion roadmap.

  • Deliver custom training to cultivate knowledge about exclusions, barriers, and threats and how to interrupt, reduce, and reverse them. 

  • Reconstruct policies, norms, and decision-making practices for inclusion and drive cultural shifts.

  • Link private sector business objectives to the UN SDGs targets and coalitions of partners. Incorporate the UN SDGs into the inclusion strategy.

  • Iterate for inclusion. 

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy.
